Get to Know Me

Christy Anshutz’s desire to create a wonderful life and environment for her own two children inspired her to want to help others do the same. Silicon Valley is Christy’s home; she’s determined to raise her kids here, and her personal experiences significantly impact how she approaches her clients’ dreams and goals.

After graduating from high school, Christy began working as a professional family assistant, nanny, and chef. There’s little doubt that her experience caring for children has helped her excel in communication, attention to detail, and multitasking — all skills that certainly benefit the grown-ups! After studying early childhood development, Christy later studied real estate at De Anza College.

Though she was born in South Carolina, Christy moved to the Bay Area at age 2 and has been a San Jose and Campbell resident ever since. When she isn’t showing clients around neighborhoods, she loves being out in nature with her children, Marley and Zachary, hiking weekly at local parks. She also enjoys beaches, and she volunteers in Santa Cruz to help keep them clean. An animal lover, Christy has two cats and two dogs.
